The rules for using Seeddu, written to be readable rather than impressive.
Seeddu accounts are for adults 18 or older. You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of any child you add, or an adult invited by them.
Children may not create accounts, sign in, post, comment, message, control funds, or connect provider accounts.
Seeddu is not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, money transmitter, payment processor, or investment adviser, and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
Seeddu never receives, holds, pools, temporarily holds, or forwards contributions. All contributions are made directly to an external education account provider.
Support for 529 plans and Trump Accounts depends entirely on the provider a parent connects. Eligibility, contribution limits, tax treatment, processing times, and confirmation are controlled by that provider.
Seeddu may record that a contribution was routed. A contribution is only shown as verified when an authoritative provider confirmation is received. Clicking a link or self-reporting an amount is never treated as verification.
Registries are private by default. A registry cannot be shared or published until the controlling parent is verified, the child's profile is approved, an eligible destination is verified, and active consent exists.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, which immediately removes shared visibility.
You may not publish another person's child, impersonate a guardian, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to contact a child, or use Seeddu to solicit funds for anything other than a child's education.
We may suspend a registry or account, or place it on hold, where safety or legal compliance requires it.
These terms will be updated as Seeddu adds provider integrations and verification. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
